A leading service provider is seeking a PFI Hard FM Hand back Co‑ordinator to manage compliance with contractual obligations in hand back activities at University Hospital Wishaw. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in FM or related field and possess strong stakeholder communication skills to effectively manage relations with the NHS Board and consultants. This full-time role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 annually along with a company car and additional benefits.
Full time – Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
£45,000–£50,000 per annum plus car and Serco benefits.
Serco is recruiting for a PFI Hard FM Hand back Co‑ordinator to join the team. This role will work with the Regional Hand back Manager to support Serco’s delivery of contractual obligations in the hand back of University Hospital Wishaw, and any other contracts identified, ensuring all works, documentation, and asset conditions meet the standards agreed with the SPV client and NHS customer.
