A community support organization in Northern Ireland seeks a Personal Support Coach to assist individuals in overcoming financial and housing challenges. The Personal Support Coach will work directly with families and individuals in homes, community centres, and neutral venues to assess needs, set achievable short-term goals, and support personal development. Using Bryson Pathways resources, the Navigator will provide tailored interventions to promote positive change, helping participants to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and move towards long-term stability
