Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

A typical day could be going to the shops to ensure Colin has all the essentials he needs, meeting up with peers at the local clubs in his community. In his downtime, Colin enjoys a foot spa, sensory activities, taking photos. Colin receives support 7 days a week usually between the hours of 9am and 10pm, Colin requires support with personal care and maintaining the up keep of his home.
