This job is workstyle 3 – Flexi. You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations including council buildings and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

Due to a change in working arrangements, a permanent opportunity has arisen for a part‑time Personal Assistant to support a Head of Service within Angus Health and Social Care Partnership Executive Team.

The successful candidate will provide high‑quality, confidential administrative and organisational support. Core duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Head of Service.
  • Managing day‑to‑day correspondence, emails and calls, including actioning, signposting, delegating, cascading and escalating enquiries as appropriate.
  • Proactive diary management, including arranging meetings and coordinating schedules.
  • Preparing and issuing agendas, taking minutes/notes and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.
  • Liaising with services, partner organisations, external agencies and other stakeholders as required.
  • Typing, formatting and collating reports, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collating and checking information from services to support effective decision‑making.
  • Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
