The post of Personal Assistant will sit within the Business and Assurance team, who provide support and assurance across Integrated Adults and Social Care Services. The Personal Assistant will provide direct support to our Directors and Heads of Function across the group, including complex diary management, detailed meeting support and note‑taking, and coordinating high‑level enquiries with strict timescales.
Reporting to the Team Lead you will work within a fast‑paced environment; working both independently and as part of a wider team, you must have good organisational skills, be a proven self‑starter and able to prioritise your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
Experience of providing either secretarial or business support is integral to the role.
