We are a leading manufacturer of application‑specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. Our Dumfries facility offers full‑time positions with shift patterns. We offer a £850 hiring bonus subject to criteria.

What to expect

In this role you will support manufacturing and warehousing, reporting to Shift Coordinators and Production Manager, contributing to daily production targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment and processes per Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout and at the end of shifts.
  • Accurately update hourly production records.
  • Report hazardous practices, equipment, or near‑miss incidents.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets as part of a team.
Key Success Factors
  • Follow procedures precisely to ensure safety and consistency.
  • Keep work area tidy during and after shifts.
  • Log production data accurately and report issues promptly.
  • Stay safety‑focused and report unsafe conditions or near‑misses.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to meet daily quality and productivity targets.
