Job Description

As the Regional Director for Claudie Pierlot, based in London, you will manage a network of retail stores across the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Your role involves driving commercial performance, monitoring KPIs, managing and developing teams, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining communication with headquarters, particularly regarding new projects (CSR initiatives, CRM, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial activity to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, productivity, inventory, staffing) to optimize results.
• Oversee action plans following store visits.
• Manage sales and store management teams for exceptional customer experience and positive team environment.
• Track talent and collaborate with headquarters to define development and retention plans.
• Implement and enforce visual merchandising guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image.
• Coordinate with headquarters to align regional strategies with company goals.
• Support store openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Uphold and promote the values of Maison Claudie Pierlot.

Qualifications
