A community support organization is seeking a Peripatetic Service Manager with a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves leading teams, ensuring service quality, and fostering personal development among team members. Candidates must possess a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and demonstrate strong leadership skills. A flexible approach and commitment to person-centred care are essential.
