About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand discoverability, web traffic, and e-commerce revenue through strategic digital advertising. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Google Ads (P-Max, Shopping, Search & Display), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads, while collaborating with talented marketing and web teams. This role offers exposure to international markets, data-driven decision-making, and the chance to influence global marketing strategies—all within a supportive and collaborative culture.

Opportunity – the ‘what’

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI, using keyword analysis, audience insights, and creative recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to improve SEO and overall discoverability.
  • Ensure conversion tracking is accurate and up to date (Google Tag Manager, Insight tags, Pixel tags).
  • Deliver clear performance reports to stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
  • Support keyword and search strategies to enhance organic and paid search rankings.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) to ensure best practices and campaign success.

Your impact will be seen in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing online sales, helping OUP remain competitive and discoverable across global markets.

About You
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with conversion tracking (Insight tags, Pixel tags, Google Tag Manager).
  • Ability to use keyword and auction insights to inform campaigns.
  • Experience managing relationships with Google, LinkedIn, and Meta representatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and Conversion APIs.
