A major water utility provider in Banbury is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee the daily operations of sewage treatment works. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, financial acumen, and a strong commitment to health and safety. We are looking for a Performance Manager to join Thames Water permanently.
You will be working across the geographical area of Banbury - OX16 4RZ where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works along with managing a small multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians. You will operate out of the main site at Banbury but will visit other sites making a driving licence and car owner essential as you will need to travel throughout your working week. You will work 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, along with participating in an out-of-hours rota for escalations and advice, for which you will receive additional payments.
