The Data Performance Analyst will provide data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting support for operations at Manston STHF. The role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support the organisations continuous improvement agenda. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team and operational staff to ensure data-driven insights underpin operational planning and service delivery.
