Job Summary

The Data Performance Analyst will provide data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting support for operations at Manston STHF. The role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support the organisations continuous improvement agenda. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team and operational staff to ensure data-driven insights underpin operational planning and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, collate, and validate operational and performance data from multiple sources.
  • Analyse data trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and visualisations for management.
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making through data insights.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Supports site KPIs by providing accurate and timely performance data, analysing trends to identify operational risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that enable teams to meet Home Office, efficiency, and quality targets.
  • Identify deviations from performance targets and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support operational teams in using performance data to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR, Caldicott principles, and internal policies.
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of analyses, reports, and findings.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with operational staff and management to understand data requirements.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries regarding performance data and reporting.
