Salary: £28,489 with the opportunity to rise to £31,655 within 3 years.

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Performance and Capability Coordinator to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.
Keeps performance and capability activity running smoothly. The Performance and Capability Coordinator plays a vital role in enabling capability uplift by ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes.
Through effective coordination, accurate record-keeping, budget tracking and responsive support, this role contributes to high-quality performance management processes and training, high-quality learner experiences, inclusive learning operations and a cost-effective approach. It’s the practical backbone of the Performance and Capability team, ensuring great ideas turn into consistent and well-run delivery.
You’ll sit at the heart of the People team, in the performance and talent team. Working in collaboration with colleagues from across the people team as well as business leads, you’ll co-create solutions that build capability and high performance. You will work with the Finance and Procurement teams to support the procurement, contracting and tracking of suppliers and their services.
