Job summary

A growing tech startup in the UK is seeking a People Advisor to support the Head of Talent in HR initiatives and people projects. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and will handle the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR compliance and supporting engagement and wellbeing activities. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified or working towards it, with experience in a generalist HR role. You’ll be hands‑on with the day‑to‑day activities - from onboarding and employee queries to engagement projects and policy development - helping to make sure our people feel supported, informed, and inspired.
