A leading generator hire company is seeking a full-time service technician to support maintenance of rental fleet generators and customer equipment. Key responsibilities include preparing and carrying out service work, fault finding, and attending customer sites to assist with generator setups. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The role offers competitive salary, holiday entitlements, and additional benefits such as a pension scheme and EOT bonus.

Job Purpose:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with the largest generator specialist in the South West. We have a growing demand for our services, and we need someone to support our Bristol depot in the service and maintenance of our own rental fleet and also customers’ own equipment.
Naturally, you will have strong customer service skills, as you will be liaising with both external and internal customers, providing updates and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
