An established educational institution in the UK is seeking a Full-time Payroll Manager to join their busy team. The successful candidate will manage three payrolls using WCBS Payroll Plus, ensuring the accuracy of the payroll database and line-managing the Payroll Assistant. Key skills include exceptional organisation and communication, with a CIPP qualification and experience with payroll databases being essential for this role. Willingness to undergo child protection screening is required.
Full time payroll manager to join a busy team at Wells Cathedral School. The role involves managing our three payrolls using WCBS Payroll Plus software. It requires exceptional organisation, communication skills, a can‑do attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond. The successful candidate will ensure that the payroll database holds accurate data, including pay rates, personal details, PAYE/NI and other statutory body details, and will line‑manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities and tasks of our Payroll Assistant.

Interviews are scheduled to take place the week commencing Monday 19 January 2026.
