Job description
The Role:

As Payroll Manager, you will lead the delivery of Oxfam’s end‑to‑end payroll for approximately 1,800 staff across four pay groups, processing monthly payrolls in both USD and GBP using ADP and PeopleSoft. You will also oversee the organisation’s expense management process, ensuring the timely and accurate administration of twice‑monthly expense runs through Concur. This role is central to maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service for colleagues across the organisation.
