Payroll Management Administrator

Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you passionate about accuracy and compliance? Do you thrive in a role where collaboration and problem‑solving are key? Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Payroll Management Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, and benefits.

This is a full‑time permanent position with occasional travel to site. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. Some flexibility is required, as this is logistics after all!

Pay, benefits and more

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, plus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service are also provided.

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Accurately process and manage payroll, ensuring employees are paid on time
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in line with legislation and company policy
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on new hires, terminations, and salary changes
  • Validate time‑keeping records and resolve discrepancies related to attendance or leave
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements for management and employees
