Job description

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Payroll & Compliance Assistant to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth onboarding, payroll, and compliance processes for our agency and NAECI workforce. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for agency workers, including preparing contracts, completing reference checks and managing timesheet submissions.
  • Support the onboarding of NAECI workforce, ensuring full compliance with the Supplementary Project Agreement.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, reviewing talent pool applications and supporting ongoing recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and manage invoices related to payroll and other business operations.
  • Calculate and process NAECI payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support for payroll queries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes, company policies, and NAECI standards.
  • Carry out general administrative and office duties to support day-to-day operations.
  • Manage CV parsing and data entry to maintain accurate candidate records.
