The Role will report to the General Manager Access and Integration/General Manager Complex Discharge Lead:

  • Taking responsibility for operational matters relating to scheduled and unscheduled care patient pathways
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients, relatives, treating Consultants, members of Healthcare Teams and with relevant external bodies including public representatives to ensure there is an effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding of related matters.
  • In collaboration with CH08 ensure effective and efficient utilisation of designated off-site beds

To assist the Senior Management Team in pursuing the Hospitals objectives, acting within policy, financial and other frameworks set by the HSE/Hospital Group.
