Qualifications

• Experience with the emotional and spiritual needs of clients.

• Capacity to lead and support pastoral care activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident/family needs and develop a spiritual care plan.
• Support residents in times of crisis.
• Lead carer support groups and training sessions.
