You must be calm under pressure and display sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with students and staff. You will also provide support to the operational work of the Heads of Houses as well as working closely with other colleagues and Pastoral leaders as part of the team in HQ.This role is advertised for 3 days a week (21 hours per week), term time only, including INSET days.
