Overview

DFDS is seeking a Passenger Sales Manager for the Dover and South East region.

As a key company representative, you will manage and grow relationships with the retail travel trade, coach and tour operators, wholesalers, partners, trade associations, and tourism organisations. Working 9-5, Monday to Friday, this role involves maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and engagement initiatives. You will be crucial in promoting the company’s offerings across all routes while ensuring strong commercial agreements with key partners.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with travel trade partners, including tour operators, wholesalers, and tourism associations.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence and revenue streams.
  • Conducting regular customer visits, presentations, and training sessions to enhance product awareness and engagement.
  • Organising and leading product experience events, familiarisation trips, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiating and establishing commercial agreements with key partners to drive business growth.
  • You are an experienced B2B Sales Manager (or equivalent) with at least three years of proven success within the travel industry.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, you excel in negotiating and securing commercial agreements that drive business growth.
