Parts Driver – Audi Watford

Working in our parts department as a Service Driver you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day
  • Ensure efficient collection of customer vehicles prior to servicing and efficient delivery upon completion.
  • Collect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.
  • Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
  • Take responsibility for the safe driving of customer vehicles, respecting any personal possessions left in the vehicle.
  • Liaise with customers to gain additional information as required.
  • Ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously.
  • Collect / deliver small items where required.
  • Parts pre-picking and parts deliveries
  • Site co-ordination to ensure the presentation of the business with regards to parking
