Vertu Motors Toyota Sheffield have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant and supportive team!

We are offering a basic salary of £28,000 plus company benefits!

You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.

About the role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play an important part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for our trade and retail customers. You’ll handle incoming parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms, helping customers find the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and supplying the correct parts to meet customer needs
  • Managing calls, online orders, and customer queries with confidence and professionalism
  • Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets
  • Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources
  • Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way
About you

You don’t need motor trade experience to join us – we’ll provide full training. What matters most is that you:

  • Are confident working with computers, systems, and online platforms
  • Feel comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and online
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent service
