Group1 Bedford is looking for aBodyshop Parts Advisor.

Your role

What you’ll do day to day

  • Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Recommend suitable parts based on customer requirements with expert knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all parts department procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Submit invoices to insurance companies and ensure timely debt collection.
  • Accurately verify and store all parts, and cross-check supplier invoices against WIPs.
  • Assist with vehicle collection from local customers when needed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with approved repairers and ensure final quality checks on all completed vehicles.
