About the Role:

Enhance awareness and demand for our sustainability-focused solutions through strategic and channel partner relationships. You will be accountable for the overall partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives. This role involves close collaboration with the Partnerships team and other marketing functions to incorporate partners into various campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will oversee channel partner marketing planning, budgeting, and content coordination, ensuring all initiatives are well-supported. Your leadership will drive successful enablement coordination, fostering strong partnerships that contribute to our growth. Your strategic vision will be crucial in maximizing the impact of our partner marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for strategic and channel partner marketing strategy creation and implementation
- Oversees marketing relationship with partner’s marketing and communications stakeholders
- Communicates with other marketing functions to plan inclusion of partners into marketing campaigns
- Responsible for partner marketing planning, budgeting, content coordination and enablement coordination
- Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and campaign impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Partnerships and Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing initiatives and awareness of opportunities as a result of our partnerships.
- Facilitate regular communication between teams to share best practices and insights.
- Engage with partner teams to ensure fidelity to agreements and work with partners marketing teams as needed.
Budget Management and Reporting:
- Oversee the Partner Marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance and impact to senior leadership.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation with new marketing tactics and technologies.
- Share success stories and case studies to promote best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability-focused field marketing.
- Past experience with channel marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful event strategic campaigns.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of campaign marketing, brand best practices and technologies (CRM, email marketing) and emerging tactics.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign ROI.
- Experience working with senior-level executives and sales teams.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
