We are currently seeking a dedicated,enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our team as aPartnership Officer within the new Trailblazer Project.
The Trailblazer Programme is an ambitious,multi-agency initiative led by Neath Port Talbot Council toreduce economic inactivity and improve wellbeing across ourcommunities. We're currently delivering innovative projects inour Opportunity Hubs and outreach locations, working alongsidehealth professionals, training providers, and employers to helppeople overcome complex barriers to work. From supportingresidents with mental health and long-term health conditions, totackling digital exclusion, housing instability, and lowconfidence, we're at the forefront of creating tailored,life-changing solutions that make a genuine difference inpeople's lives.

Act as a first point of contact within theTrailblazer team, ensuring smooth referrals and qualitychecks.
Support financial and administrativeprocesses linked to training, barriers spend, andprocurement.Work closely with colleagues to monitor,evaluate, and report on project performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensurecompliance with funder requirements.
Provide efficient administrative support tothe wider team to keep the programme running smoothly.
Gather and input referral information intodatabases, ensuring quality and compliance.
Support with booking training, processingfinancial documents, and dealing with related queries.
Assist with monitoring and reportingsystems to track project performance.
Provide administrative support includingorganising meetings, minute taking, and record keeping.
Act as a point of contact for colleagues,providers, and employers.
Ensure high standards of accuracy,confidentiality, and customer service in all tasks.
Experience working on employability orcommunity-based programmes?
Strong administrative and organisationalskills, with accuracy in record-keeping?

Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, anddatabases?
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, both written and verbal?
