Job description
Partner Operations, Technical Project Manager

Meter’s ambition is to evolve internet infrastructure into a utility by building a product that caters to stakeholders from Customers, ISPs, Partners, and Technicians. Every utility starts with an installation – and that’s where you come in. The Partner Operations team is the engine that powers Meter’s global deployment network, supporting Partners to deliver critical infrastructure globally.

What success looks like

In your first six months, you will design and implement systems that move projects seamlessly from initial site discovery to on‑site execution, supporting Meter’s rapid growth. In your first six months, you will:

  • Increase Velocity: Deliver >90% of installs on time.
  • Boost Quality: Maintain rework rates of <5% and reduce standards incidents to <3%.
  • Delight Partners: Achieve partner satisfaction scores of >8/10.
What your day‑to‑day will look like

From day one, you’ll own the critical pre‑deployment milestones and ensure partners have a great experience working with Meter on every install.

  • Reviewing the upcoming install pipeline, coordinating site readiness checks, spotting and flagging risks for upcoming deployments to avoid last‑minute blockers.
  • Balancing partner capacity, customer readiness, and internal dependencies to deliver a predictable project timeline.
  • Running bid processes, define scopes, validate quotes, and ensure cost‑effective installs aligned to Meter standards.
  • Keeping partners and internal teams aligned with clear, proactive updates.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and creating new playbooks and systems that scale.
  • Engaging and developing partners, onboarding new partners, leading calls and QBRs, and supporting partners while holding them accountable to performance goals.
  • Translating partner insights into process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Partnering with Operations Engineering to pilot and scale the next high‑impact product feature that enhances Partners work.
Where you can take this role

In year two, you could build out global partner performance dashboards, onboard and manage Meter’s most strategic partners, lead new‑market partner program rollouts, or develop the next generation of partner tooling. Critical Network Infrastructure is built through a network of partners small and large. Your work will directly shape how Meter scales globally.

Who you are

You thrive on bringing order to complexity and turning messy workflows into repeatable systems that evolve into scalable products. You’ve managed field projects and logistics from bidding to scheduling, and successfully balanced accelerated timelines without losing sight of quality. You’re data‑driven, spot bottlenecks quickly, and build solutions that scale. You know how to build relationships, onboard and coach partners, and keep work moving even under pressure. Most importantly, you communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and are energized by fast‑changing, high‑velocity environments.

Compensation
  • The estimated base salary for this role is between £55,200 – £94,080.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
