Qualifications

  • HCA level 2/3 diploma in Health and Social care is essential.
  • Experience in clinical environments such as hospitals or GP surgeries required.
  • Training in health checks like blood pressure and blood sugar assessments needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual wellbeing assessments for all residents.
  • Perform health checks including blood pressure and cholesterol tests.
  • Assist in promoting health and wellbeing among residents.

Skills

HCA level 2/3 diploma in Health and Social care
Experience in clinical environment (hospital/GP surgery)
Experience and training in taking blood pressure and blood sugars
Good IT skills
Confident dealing with GP’s and Health care professionals
Experience in delivering health and wellbeing talks
