Qualifications

• Must have NVQ level 2 in administration or equivalent hospital experience.
• Good educational background including Maths and English.
• Knowledge of data entry, admin procedures, and GDPR.
• Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients in a friendly manner.
• Maintain and update patient records using computer systems.
• Handle telephone calls and assist clinical staff with daily duties.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in line with GDPR.
