Job summary

A leading electrical services company in Bristol is looking for a part-time HR Advisor to support the HR Manager in delivering effective HR services. In this role, you will manage employee relations cases, provide HR policy guidance, and assist with compliance and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of employment law and prior HR experience. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Professional and confident with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on HR policies.
  • Support employee relations cases including sickness absence and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Experience handling complex employee relations cases
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
