A local education provider in Market Harborough is seeking a part-time SEN Support Assistant to assist a child with complex additional needs in KS2. The role involves working two days a week with a focus on providing individualized support and fostering a positive learning environment. Upton Meadows Primary School, part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust, has a vacancy for a part-time SEN Support Assistant to support a child in KS2 from asap in January 2026, who has complex additional needs. The role is based on funding specifically to provide support for this pupil through his/her EHCP. This will be reviewed regularly, particularly if the needs of the child change, and at the end of each academic year. Should the pupil leave, the role will cease at the end of the relevant school term; we will give a minimum of 4 working weeks’ notice. The role will be for two complete days (12.5 hours) a week, term-time only – days to be negotiated.
