We’re hiring Support Practitioners to join our Seaboard Care at Home service, where every day, you’ll support people in maintaining their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.
Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our Seaboard Care at Home service provides support to people to lead a good quality of life in their own homes. Our support helps to keep people in their own homes, surrounded by familiarity and comfort.
As a Support Practitioner, you’ll be the helping hand that people rely on. Your role involves supporting people to manage daily life. This will often include meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care as well as other aspects of their daily life. Our role is not to do things for people, but to work with them.
We are looking for caring people who have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in their community. You do not need professional experience to join us. We provide comprehensive induction training to all new team members. A full driving licence is preferred.
