A premier veterinary practice in Plymouth is seeking a Part Time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. The role involves nurse consultations, laboratory sampling, and assisting the veterinary surgeon. The position works 20 hours per week on a rotating schedule, with a focus on maintaining clinical excellence and supporting fellow team members. We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Rosehill Vets. The role will include nurse consultations as well as varied duties such as laboratory sampling, anaesthesia, and assisting the veterinary surgeon, depending on your interests.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week with varied duties including nurse consultations and ops support. RVNs work a 4-week rotating schedule (3 early shifts and 1 afternoon/evening shift) and 1:4 Saturday from 9am–2pm. No out-of-hours work required.

Our team includes five RVNs, two student nurses, one animal care assistant, two clinical directors, four vets with an additional part-time vet joining in February 2026, five receptionists/support staff, and one practice manager. We're proud to have long-standing team members, including a receptionist with 40 years of service, a vet with 16 years, and an RVN with 26 years.
