A sports management organization based in Boston is looking for a motivated Padel Manager & Coach to develop and deliver a new padel programme. The ideal candidate is a qualified tennis coach, preferably LTA Level 3 or above, and should possess strong organisational skills. Ideal for Established Tennis Coaches Looking to Diversify

We are partnering with a padel venue in Boston, Lincolnshire to launch and grow a brand-new padel programme, and we are seeking a motivated, experienced tennis coach who is excited to transition into — or further develop their career in — padel.

About the Role

As Padel Manager & Coach, you will take overall responsibility for developing, managing, and delivering the padel programme at the venue we manage. This includes building participation, coordinating coaching schedules, promoting padel within the club and local community, and delivering high-quality coaching sessions.

Qualifications
  • Qualified and experienced tennis coach (LTA Level 3+ preferred)
