Qualifications

  • Experience in reception preferred.
  • Must obtain Level 1 Disclosure certificate before appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties and customer inquiries both on phone and in person.
  • Adhere to financial guidelines for cash handling.
  • Process facility bookings using a computerized system.
  • Update and maintain various databases.

Extensive reception experience in a similar office environment
