• Provide excellent customer service and support the pharmacist with pharmacy services such as blood pressure checks and more.
• Build relationships with customers to meet their healthcare needs.
• Ensure the smooth running of the dispensary, dispense medication safely and effectively.
• Manage stock levels.
• Assist with sales and general store duties, including product displays and cash transactions.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, manage high‑volume dispensing transactions for local care homes, and handle operational queries from GP surgeries.
