We are recruiting for Parcel Sorters to work for our client based in North Hykeham, Lincoln. This is a Monday to Friday position offering regular night shifts and consistent weekly hours. You’ll be working as part of a friendly and fast‑paced warehouse team, helping to keep parcels moving efficiently through the network.

What will I be doing as a Parcel Sorter?

• Sorting parcels by postcode and placing them in the correct locations for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Scanning, labeling, and checking parcels for accuracy
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Working as part of a team to ensure targets and deadlines are met

What skills and experience do I need?

• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is helpful, but not essential; full training will be provided
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
