Overview

We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis an experienced Paint Technician for a well established & independent manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre.

This award winning and highly respected centre within the industry uses a dynamic approach combining all the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology, valuing quality over speed. Recognising the importance of employee work life balance & safety, promoting a one team culture.

Role Requirements
  • Vast experience in prep & paint essential.
  • Maximise productivity to ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship following recognised manufacturer methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all modern paint technology and process's.
  • Attend in-house and manufacturer training.

In addition to annual salary a team bonus scheme is in place.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday : 8.00am – 4.30pm.
Friday : 8.00am – 4.00 pm.
39.5 Hrs per week.
Overtime available.

A full driving license and CV will be required.
