We help brands show up, stand out, and blow up on TikTok. From viral restaurants like Urban Tandoor, to leading B2B brands, global banks, and huge beauty brands.

We’re not just running ads - we’re building brands and communities. Whether it’s growing a TikTok Shop, creating viral organic content, launching a big influencer campaign or scaling paid media we’re all about impact.

And now, we’re looking for a Paid Social Account Director to lead the charge on some of our biggest TikTok and Meta campaigns.

About the role

This role is for someone who lives and breathes paid social.

You’ll own the paid side of TikTok and occasionally Meta for some of our biggest clients from planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that actually convert.

But this isn’t just about managing media budgets. We’re looking for someone who can merge creative and paid, turning scroll-stopping ideas into performance-led campaigns, guiding brands through TikTok Shop, and building out paid strategies that tie into everything from creator partnerships to live streams.

You’ll also mentor a team of Account Managers and Execs, lead senior client relationships, and help us shape the future of TikTok Shop and paid at Nonsensical.

What you’ll be doing

Lead paid social strategy – across TikTok Ads & Meta for brands of all shapes and sizes.

Build client relationships – be the person clients trust for their paid media, TikTok Shop, and influencer activation plans.

Collaborate with creative teams – brief and shape content that converts, from spark ads to live streams.

Grow TikTok Shop accounts – plan, execute, and optimise paid activity that drives GMV, from product boosts to affiliate partnerships.

Analyse performance and optimise – spot the trends, track the metrics, and tweak campaigns to keep things moving.

Own budgets and media plans – manage paid media spends with precision and build media plans that work

Mentor the team – help our Account Managers and Execs develop into the next wave of paid social leaders.

Drive forward influencer campaigns – from small campaigns to large global product launches

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience of paid social experience, with a solid track record of running TikTok campaigns
  • Strong understanding of TikTok: what works and what flops
  • Experience working on TikTok Shop is a plus but not a deal breaker
  • Great at building presentations and presenting them to clients
  • Confident presenting to clients, leading calls and running workshops
  • Leadership chops - you've managed teams before and know how to help people grow
  • A creative mindset – you don’t have to be a director, but you do need to know what good looks like.
  • Organised under pressure – calm in chaos, and a spreadsheet in human form when needed.
  • Data-savvy – know how to use performance metrics to tell a story and shape future work.
  • Experience managing campaigns with creators and influencers is a big plus.
