As a Paid Social Account Director, you will direct your team to deliver best‑in‑class performance for your assembly of clients. You will be a specialist in full‑funnel Paid Social with deep platform knowledge across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and more for both Brand and Performance activity. With that platform knowledge, you’ll navigate your team through the latest best practices, standardisation and our product proposition enforcement. You provide strategic insight, develop your team of specialists, and be responsible for the quality work we expect to deliver.
This is a senior role within the social department. This means you will be an escalation point of contact for client and partners, as well as for our wider team. You will also work with the Head of Paid Social, Europe to deliver on our department projects to future‑proof Paid Social. But you won’t stop there. You will live & breathe innovation, fostering a culture of continuous and responsible experimentation for your team.
You’ll be the guide for a team of Managers and Executives across both London and India; nurturing their careers within the agency.
Success will be measured by delivering consistently excellent performance and business growth for our clients. This will be measured through excelling client KPI’s and business objectives, growth in agency revenue, as well as client feedback.
The development of your team is a key indicator of how well you are performing in the role, it’s essential we see growth in their development through achieving and over‑achieving on their objectives.
As a senior figure, success will also be defined by the completion of department wide projects, as per our department strategy & objectives.
