As a Paid Content Creator you will be at the forefront of our paid advertising strategy, creating high‑performing short‑form ads that drive customer engagement and conversions. You’ll design compelling video creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google, optimising content for different platforms and placements. This role is a blend of strategy and execution, where you’ll stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry, working with strategists and analysts to ensure our ads remain fresh, engaging, and results‑driven. You’ll work closely with our brand team to maintain a strong, consistent voice while continually testing, learning, and iterating based on performance insights. Shoot days are jam‑packed and fast paced, so efficiency is key for capturing and building a strong library of content. Your creativity will be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life — whether you’re directing actors, in‑house talent or members of the public. Back at the desk, you’ll manage your own edits, delivering multiple assets on time ready to be used in our campaigns.
