About The Role

We're looking for dedicated and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join our Production Team at Watts Farms. You’ll play a key role in preparing, grading, and packing our fresh produce, ready for distribution to our customers. This is a hands‑on role in a fast paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.

Duties
  • Washing, preparing, grading, and packing fresh produce to quality specifications
  • Working efficiently and accurately as part of a production line
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Following company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Supporting a positive and productive team culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable, self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Respect for workplace rules, procedures, and safety guidelines
Working Hours

This is a full‑time position of 48 hours per week, working five days a week. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs during busy periods.
