A leading infrastructure services company in the UK seeks a proactive P6 Planner to join their water and wastewater capital project delivery team. The role involves developing and maintaining robust project plans, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring projects remain on track. Ideal candidates will have at least five years’ experience in large engineering projects, preferably within the Water Industry. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

As our P6 Planner you'll be a key member of the integrated project commercial team. You'll be working in an integrated project delivery team to collaboratively develop and maintain accurate and robust project plans. You'll be working closely with all other members of the team including Construction, and Engineering. You'll take ownership of the project plan, drive the project team to deliver to the plan and challenge any delay and deviation.
Join our dynamic Commercial Team and play a pivotal role in delivering excellence for Anglian Water projects. We’re seeking a proactive Project Planner to develop and maintain robust, detailed plans that capture full project scope and drive successful outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with Delivery Teams to ensure consistency, monitor critical paths, and identify risks and opportunities. Your expertise will keep plans resource-loaded, up-to-date, and aligned with contract standards. By challenging delays, exploring mitigations, and communicating priorities, you’ll help projects stay on track and within budget.
Regular site visits, supplier plan reviews, and clear communication of key milestones will be central to your role. You’ll also produce accurate reports and uphold planning integrity across the contract.

You will have at least five years’ experience of working on large scale or significant value projects within an engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.
