Job description

Acorn Analytical Services is seeking a qualified Lab Analyst (P401) to join our Northampton team for a competitive salary.

You will report directly to the Lab Manager, ensuring that all analysis is carried out in line with our high standards and regulatory requirements.

Role Description

• You will be required to accurately determine asbestos content in bulk materials, in accordance with HSG 248 'The Analyst’s Guide'.
• Ensuring that the analysis data is correctly entered into our system and reported in an accurate and timely manner.
• Collaborate and cooperate with other staff members and provide assistance wherever required.
