Job summary

A community-focused nature reserve is seeking an Education and Wellbeing Team Leader to design and deliver inclusive outdoor programs that promote learning and wellbeing. Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SEND and mental health support approaches.

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering educational programs.
