We’re looking for an enthusiastic part time Outbound Customer Service Consultant to join our Customer Care Centre based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. You will work Thursdays and Fridays as part of a job share.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to nurture leads, track projects, and protect specifications
• Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
• Book customer visits and appointments for our external sales team
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and convert opportunities
• Use our CRM system (Creatio) and social media tools to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate data and share market insights with the wider business

Requirements

• Experience in outbound calling and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated, positive, and a great team player
