A travel adventure company in Greater London is seeking a Trip Leader for unique journeys. This position allows you to explore the world with the costs of accommodation, food, and transport covered on trips, creating rich experiences for travelers aged 18-35. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a passion for cultural exchange. The role is designed for those who wish to travel without pausing their lives, ensuring a fulfilling adventure on every trip.
OTW Travels creates 12-day adventures for curious, open-minded travelers aged 18–35 who want more than standard sightseeing. Our trips are about real experiences — staying locally owned, supporting communities, and connecting deeply with the places and people we visit.
OTW is built for solo travelers who want built-in support, adventurers who crave purpose, and people who see travel as a way to grow. We also make travel more accessible by giving aspiring Trip Leaders the chance to lead groups and have their trip costs covered after passing an initial assessment trip.
This is a one-of-a-kind Trip Leader opportunity — not a full-time job. It’s designed for motivated, responsible people who want to see the world without putting their life on pause.
You’ll start with an assessment trip to India as early as April. Once you pass, OTW covers the costs of every trip you lead going forward: accommodation, food, local transport, and all group activities in the itinerary. You’ll just cover your own international flights.
As a Trip Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for the group — keeping things running smoothly, bringing the energy, and helping strangers turn into a tight-knit crew. You’ll create a chapa, safe, and fun atmosphere while helping travelers connect with local communities and each other.
This role is about coordination, not planning. OTW provides a clear, detailed, day-by-day and hour-by-hour checklist for each trip. Your job is to execute it on the ground — coordinating logistics, managing group flow, handling the unexpected, and making sure everyone is having an amazing experience. You’ll be fully supported by the OTW team and local contacts and guides while you’re on the road.
