# Organisational Development Advisor (RP0162)**Organisational Development Advisor** **(RP0162)** **Fixed term contract up to 12 months maternity cover** **Starting salary £41,992 with progression to £45,089 through annual increments subject to satisfactory service** **37 hours per week (hybrid)** In this Organisational Design Advisor role, you’ll lead on our new Learning & Development Strategy; creating a leadership programme, introducing a coaching faculty and providing our workforce with the skills and tools to be successful in their current roles as well as build the capability to take on new responsibilities and access opportunities across the council and more widely as part of Local Government Reorganisation. You’ll manage our e-learning system, commission and develop training to ensure compliance and regularly evaluate our training offer. You’ll be responsible for our training matrix and delivering training requirements within budget. You’ll have CIPD Level 5 or an adult training qualification and experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating face to face and online training. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously as the only subject matter expert in a small HR team and have excellent organisational and project management skills. You’ll have the ability to process information accurately and be flexible in your approach to changing priorities. You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with managers and training providers and ensure an excellent delegate experience. We are looking for someone with coaching and mentoring skills, a sound understanding of training needs analysis and the ability to develop creative solutions. Experience of working within local government would be advantageous.
