Job summary

A Government contract management firm is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager, ideally located in the UK. Candidates should possess end-to-end implementation experience and a strong understanding of payroll and HR business processes. The role requires at least a degree, with a focus on effective stakeholder management and proficiency in Oracle systems. This position is available until March 31, 2026, with a hybrid working model encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations.
  • Strong payroll function knowledge.
  • Strong people function knowledge across transactional and strategic HR business areas.
  • Experience managing a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Experience working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Location: London or Bristol – No preference 2/3 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: UNTIL 31/03/2026
Clearance: SC preferred/DBS accepted must be willing and eligible for SC
